Originally from Queens, New York, Nikhil Vashist moved to Central Florida with his family in 2004 and has called the area home ever since. Before earning his real estate license in 2023, Nikhil was already purchasing and managing his own rental properties. That firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of real estate from both an agent’s and an investor’s perspective.
Nikhil works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central Florida, specializing in investment properties, rental portfolio growth, and property management. Having built and managed his own investments, he helps clients look beyond the transaction to consider long-term value, cash flow, and property performance. His goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance that supports each client’s immediate needs and long-term financial goals.
Outside of real estate, Nikhil holds a degree in Sports Science and is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. He is also involved in developing a nonprofit community center in Groveland. Fluent in English and Hindi, Nikhil lives in Clermont with his wife, Nidhi, their dog, Aili, and their cat, Shona.
