Sarah Gholami and Christian Hill are the owners and brokers of The Florida Property Shop, a boutique brokerage in the heart of Downtown Clermont. Together they bring more than 20 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Central Florida.

Sarah founded the brokerage with a vision of creating a more personal real estate experience built on relationships, local knowledge, and thoughtful service. Today, that same philosophy continues to guide every client interaction.

Christian’s background in construction, home remodeling, residential real estate, and investment properties brings another layer of expertise to the team.
