Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Suzanne Boesch moved to Central Florida with her family long before Disney became part of the area’s landscape. She earned her real estate license in 1988 and brings a diverse background that includes 25 years in the mortgage industry, new construction sales with Morrison Homes and Lennar, and 16 years as a Director of Sales in senior living, helping families navigate independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.
Today, Suzanne serves buyers and sellers throughout Clermont, Winter Garden, Windermere, and Groveland. Her experience in new construction and working with seniors gives her a unique perspective, particularly when helping families navigate life’s transitions. She enjoys guiding clients toward homes that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget while making the process as comfortable and rewarding as possible.
Suzanne and her husband, Rick, have deep roots in Central Florida, having grown up in Winter Park and lived in Windermere before making Clermont their home. Family is an important part of their lives, and they enjoy hosting gatherings, traveling, and discovering charming bed-and-breakfast destinations. Suzanne also enjoys taking art classes, while Rick has a passion for playing guitar.
