Our Story
A boutique brokerage built on relationships.
The Florida Property Shop was built on the belief that real estate should feel personal. From our office in the heart of Downtown Clermont, we help buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners navigate Central Florida with trusted guidance and genuine relationships at the center of every experience.
Meet Sarah & Christian
Sarah Gholami and Christian Hill are at the heart of The Florida Property Shop, a boutique brokerage in Downtown Clermont. Together they bring more than 20 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Central Florida.
Sarah founded the brokerage with a vision of creating a more personal real estate experience built on relationships, local knowledge, and thoughtful service. Today, that same philosophy continues to guide every client interaction.
Christian’s background in construction, home remodeling, residential real estate, and investment properties brings another layer of expertise to the team. Whether clients are purchasing their first home or expanding an investment portfolio, his experience helps them make informed decisions with confidence.
