Elizabeth “Liz” Fowler

Originally from Miamisburg, Ohio, Elizabeth “Liz” Fowler moved to Central Florida in 2002 and quickly discovered why so many people choose to call the area home. Her love for the community inspired her to pursue a career in real estate in 2008, and she went on to earn her broker’s license in 2016. A million-dollar producer for more than a decade, Liz brings extensive experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Central Florida market.

Liz enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers and families relocating to Florida to those purchasing vacation homes or building investment portfolios. She also assists property owners with securing and managing long-term tenants. Her approach centers on understanding each client’s goals and helping them find the right property for their needs.

Outside of real estate, Liz and her husband are devoted parents to their daughter, who has Down syndrome. Giving back to the community is important to her, and she has volunteered with various organizations over the years. That same commitment to helping others carries into her work, where she values building relationships and making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients.
